Set up your company profile

Enter your company's name, contact details, logo and colours, which your team sees when they sign in and across WbizManager.

The company profile holds your company's name, contact details and branding. The name and logo appear when your team signs in and across WbizManager.

It does not set the letterhead on invoices, bills and other printed documents. That is set separately in invoice settings.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Company Profile

    In the menu on the left, select Settings, then Company Profile.

    1. Company Profile in the Settings menu.
    2. Company name. Required, up to 200 characters.
    3. Contact email and Contact phone. Both optional.
    4. Address. Optional, up to 500 characters.

  2. Fill in your company details

    Type your Company name as you want your team to see it. Add a Contact email, Contact phone and Address if you want them shown.

  3. Add your branding

    Scroll down to Branding.

    1. Logo link: the HTTPS link to your logo. The preview on the left shows it.
    2. Browser icon link: the small icon shown on the browser tab.
    3. Primary colour and Secondary colour: pick a colour or type a hex value such as #1E293B.
    4. Sign-in page theme: Light or Dark.
    5. Save. It is greyed out until you change something.

    The logo and browser icon must be links to images stored in your company's approved image location (PNG, SVG, WebP or JPG; the logo up to 2 MB, the browser icon up to 512 KB). You can't upload a file here.

  4. Save

    Select Save. You'll see Company profile saved. The line beside the button shows when the profile was last changed.

If something goes wrong

Enter your company name.Company name can't be empty.
This company name is reserved. Choose a different name.Some system names can't be used. Choose another name.
Enter a valid contact email address.Check the email, for example accounts@example.com.
Enter a valid contact phone number.Use digits, spaces, +, (, ), - or . only, at least 5 characters.
The logo must be an HTTPS link to an approved image location.Use an https:// link to your company's approved image storage. Ask WbizManager support if you don't know it.
Colours must be hex values such as #1E293B.Type the colour as # followed by 3, 6 or 8 hex digits, or use the colour picker.
You do not have permission to change your company profile.Ask your company administrator.
