View top performers
See the ranked list of employees whose approved appraisals were rated Meets or Exceeds Expectations, by department, and export it.
Before you start
- Set up performance settingsThe rating scale decides which scores count as Meets or Exceeds Expectations.
- Review appraisals as HROnly completed appraisals with a rating are ranked.
In this article
Top Performers ranks employees by their best appraisal score. It lists only appraisals whose rating falls in the Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectations bucket of your rating scale, so the list fills up as HR approves appraisals.
Steps
Open HR › Performance › Top Performers
In the menu on the left, select HR, then Performance, then Top Performers.
- Refresh reloads the list; Export downloads it as an Excel file.
- Totals: how many top performers, their average score, the count, and the department with the best results.
- Highest First changes the order; Filters narrows the list by department.
- Full Rankings: each employee with their score and rating. Search by name, employee number or job title.
On staging no appraisal has been approved yet, so the list is empty ("No performers found.").
What employees and managers see
Nothing on their own screens. Employees see their own score and rating band on their appraisal. See Complete your appraisal.
