Loan reports

See how many loans were applied for, approved and paid out, how much is still owed, and export disbursements and repayments.

Loan reports & statistics answers questions such as: how much have we lent this year, how much has come back, and who still owes us. You need the loan report permission (the Finance-Admin role sees it as Loan Reports).

Steps

  1. Open HR › Loan › Reports

    In the menu on the left, select HR, then Loan, then Reports.

    1. Export disbursements and Export repayments download the lists, and Refresh reloads them.
    2. The tabs: Statistics, Approved, Rejected, Active, Completed, Disbursements and Repayments, each with how many loans it holds.
    3. Select year: the year the loans were applied for.
    4. Total Applied, Total Approved, Total Rejected and Total Disbursed.
    5. Financial Overview: Amount disbursed, Amount repaid, Outstanding balance and Average loan amount, with the monthly Disbursement Trend and Applied vs Approved charts below.

  2. Check the lists

    Select a tab to see the loans behind a number:

    • Approved, Rejected, Active (paid out, still being repaid) and Completed (fully repaid) list the loans in each state.
    • Disbursements lists each payout with Loan #, Employee, Type, Approved, Disbursed, Date, Method and Reference.
    • Repayments lists each disbursed loan with Total, Repaid, Outstanding, Months left and Status.

  3. Export

    Select Export disbursements or Export repayments to download the list for your records or for finance.

Other places to follow loans

  • HR › Loan › Dashboard (Loan Management) shows the same year's figures, the latest applications and tiles that open each loan page.
  • HR › Loan › History lists every loan with its requested and approved amounts and status, with an export. See Manage loan applications.

If something goes wrong

Failed to load loan history. Try adjusting the filter or refreshing.Select Refresh, or change the filter.
Loan statistics are only available to HR and finance administrators.Ask your administrator for the loan report permission.
