The KPI library is a catalogue of agreed KPI definitions: what is measured, how, the usual target and weight, and who it applies to. It is optional. Use it so that everyone writing KPI templates uses the same names and targets.

In the menu on the left, select HR, then Performance, then KPI Library.

    1. Add New KPI adds a KPI to the catalogue.
    2. All KPI Catalog lists every KPI.
    3. Recommended KPIs lists only those marked as recommended.
    4. Search by name, code or description, and filter by scope, department or category.
  2. Add a KPI

    Select Add New KPI.
